You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.
Open a new canvas, 500x500 and paste one of the papers onto it. Next paste a frame and click into it with your magic wand. Modify/Expand by 3 and invert.
If you're using a tube, paste a paper first, drag the layer under the frame and hit delete on your keyboard. Then paste the tube or image, resize and arrange, and also hit delete.
Add dropshadows to your tube and also to the frame. Take the journaling paper and paste it on top of your bottom paper. Move it to the left. Take the Circle Frame and paste it on top of the journaling.
Resize 97%, dropshadow to both.
Make the top layer active, take the ribbon and hide the middle layer of that element, copy merged and paste on the frame. Move down and resize 50%.
Cut off the overhangs with your selection tool set to rectangle. Now also take the little hangy tag from the ribbon element and place it at the top of the frame.
Cover the ends of the string with the resized Button Brad. Now paste the bells and buttons and a tree onto your tag.
Add some text to the dangly tag. Merge visible when you're happy. Apply your mask and merge group. Resize to 95% and add a dropshadow.
Take the Ellipse Tool, set to circle, show nodes, create on vector and only the foregroundcolour active draw out a circle the same size as the tag shape.
When you roughly have it, go to Objects/align/center in Canvas. In mode where you chose the circle shape, choose the arrow, with that you can drag the nodes.
Try to get as close to shape of the tag as possible. Apply, do not convert to rasterlayer. Add a new rasterlayer.
Take your text tool, create as vector, hold the cursor over the circle in a place where you want to put your credits, when you see an
A with a halfmoon under it, click on the canvas. Write out the credits in a legible(!) font. Convert to raster layer when happy.
Now make the circle vector layer active. Image/Flip. Make the raster layer above active and take your text tool again as before.
Write your name. And convert to raster layer. Now you can delete the extra raster and the circle layer. Crop merged opaque and save as a png.
My second example has art by Ismael Rac an is used with a license. I used the kit but a different frame from it. And mask33 by Gabee,
the font is Lansbury.
