Supplies:
Paintshop Pro (I use V9)
Tube of choice, mine is by Hallan Moulin, he is a general permission artist,
download it here.
A Scrap Kit, mine is My Diary by the awesome Seven and you must purchase it to get creative with it.
Font(s) of choice, mine are Bank Gothic Light and Hancock.
And a mask, I used 101904abysam, sorry, I don't know who made it, so I can't share it.
This a simple copy/ paste tutorial with some resizing.
Open a new canvas, 700x400, floodfill white. Paste the darkest paper on top of that and apply a mask. Merge that group layer.
Paste a frame onto that, with the magic wand click into one or more of the inner bits and expand by 2. Take a paper and paste it onto the frame,
drag it under the frame in the layer palette and invert the selection and delete. Do that until all the frame inners are filled, merge those layers with the frame and add a dropshadow.
Now it's time to get creative and add loads of stuff from the elements, let the tag explode with them. Resize, flip, mirror and swivel with the deform tool. Then add the leggy tube onto
the edge of a frame. Add your quote at the top and the copyright info legibly. Add dropshadows to your layers. Add your name, rename the namelayer into the name of the font and save as a pspfile.
Then delete the white background, save as a png and show off. ;o)
