Seamless Pattern mine is a brick pattern, put it in the pattern folder in mypspfiles
Bling mine is by Missy, the one I used is Glitterbug.
You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.
Open the template in psp, shift+D and close the original. Layers/View/None. Unhide layer Rectangle3, make it active, change the colour of it by going to Adjust/Color Balance/Manual Color Correction, set the source to the red and the target to a colour that goes with your tube. OK. Apply Filters Unlimited/Paper Textures/ Canvas Fine. Dropshadow, I used -3,3,57,7.
Rectangle 2, change the colour same as above, apply Filters Unlimited/Special Effects1/ Plastic Surface.
Rectangle1, again change the colour of it. Apply Filters Unlimited/Special Effects1/ Rasterline Colour.
Next is the star, selections/select all. Selections/Float/Defloat. Add a new layer, fill with a pattern, I used bricks. I'm not sure if it came with psp..., just use a fill that suits your tube. On raster layer3 do the manual colour correction. Selections/select all. Selections/Float/Defloat. Invert. Paste your tube as a new layer. Duplicate and dropshadow. Do the colour correction on the frame.
I deleted layers 8, 14, 10, copy of 8, 13, 7 and 12.
I deleted that witch icon from the wordart, she didn't fit in with my modern witch. Just select it with your lasso tool and delete it. On layer16 of the wordart selections/select all. Selections/Float/Defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the same pattern you used for the star. Delete layer 16, apply Filters Unlimited /Paper Textures/ Canvas Fine to the patternd wordart.
Dropshadow on all layers. Hide the white background and crop merged opaque. Add all credits and your name. Hide name, credits, wordart, frame and upper copy of the tube. Copy merged by rightclicking on the tag and choosing that option. Open Animation Shop.
Paste as a new animation. Open the bling, the one I used has 16 frames. Duplicate the new animation until the frame number matches. Edit/select all on both.
Copy the bling, right click on the first frame of your tag and paste into current frame, you should see two small dots hovering over the tag, I placed the right one of them roughly over her chin. Activate propagate paste in AS.
Back in PSP, swap about what is hidden and what is visible. Copy merged and paste as a new animation in AS. You paste there first because this is smaller than the original and it will sort of be pasted into selection otherwise. Copy again and paste into current layer. You should not have to make any adjustments to the speed. Save as a gif.
