You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.
Duplicate your template, delete the credits layer. Image/Resize Change the resolution to 72,000ppi and then the size to 100%, all layers checked, OK.
Image/Canvas Size, change to 620x600, centered. Leave the white x'ed out
I usually x out all the layers and work from the bottom up, unhiding them as I go.
Make the layer above active. This now applies to all layers where you use a paper from the kit: Select all/Float/Defloat and invert. Paste the paper
as a new layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Delete the template layer underneath. Okay, for this layer I chose one of the Glitter papers, resized slightly.
Next is the layer with the noise, find your Change To Target brush in the Tools toolbar. Set your foreground to the colour you want the noisy oval to be, and brush over it with the brush until it's recoloured.
Now make active the next layer, a pink oval, change it for a paper layer as described in the italics above. Because the dotted lines are now gone, I used Flower2 from the kit, stretch it with the raster deform tool set to Scale until it fits
the oval.
On the next noisy circle change the colour as you did before, but choose a different colour. Exchange the next circle layer for another paper and don't deselect straight away, but also paste your tube onto that layer.
Also hit delete on your keyboard and deselect. Change the blend mode, I chose Luminance.
The next layer is the upright rectangle, I dragged it underneath the layer with Flower2. Exchange it for a paper.
Now for the horizontal rectangle, change it for an unpatternd paper and apply Xero Fritillary with these settings: 5,30,10 and 12.
Merge copy of heart down onto the heart layer. Exchange for a paper. Also exchange the pink irrisistible words for a paper.
Now you need to crop your canvas, leaving it the same size though. We just need to get rid of all the paper that you can't see right now, but you will see the shadows
they create as you add dropshadows. Now add dropshadows to the layers you want them on. Merge visible and resize that layer 85%.
Move to one side and add your tube, give it a dropshadow. Crop merged visible. Paste a paper onto the white layer, delete that now. Apply the mask
to the paper layer and merge group. Add any other embellishments you fancy.
If you want to resize again, do it now. Add your credits legibly. Then add your name and save as a png file.
In my second example I merged the layers of the circle with the face visible and moved it up, as it was covered by the rectangle.
Here I used the art of PinUpToons, formerly with CILM, now with CDO, see above for link.
