Brushes set lyndiebrush338 in PSP7/Lines n Boxes and I can't find the heart lines, but she has plenty of similar ones, they're by Lyndie, you need to register to download, it's all free.
to download you need to click on the preview, scroll down a wee bit and find the word download, click on that to get the brushes. I advise against downloading any brushes that do not look pixelmade.
this site has used some art it should not have.
Open a new canvas, 550x550 and also open your image. Choose two colours from it and create a gradient. Foreground/background gradient, Style sunburst,
Centerpoint both set to 75 and link center and focal points checked.
Take your rectangle tool, set to square, create on vector, line style solid and stroke set to 12, fill nil. Draw out a square roughly 240x240px on your blank canvas.
Apply and convert to raster layer.
Apply the inner bevel shown below.
Duplicate the square and move down and to the right. Hide that one for now. Click in the upper square with your magic wand, expand by 3 and invert.
Copy and paste your image below the square, move until happy and press delete on your keyboard. Do the same with the second square,
but resize the image 80% and mirror it. Give both the squares a dropshadow, I used -3,3,59,7.
Add a new raster layer at the very top, load your brushes. I chose a dark colour from my artwork. I started with the heart lines lynd...12 and 13, if they're a bit faint, press the mouse a few times.
See my tag for placement. Add a new raster layer apply the dots brush to one side only. Duplicate this layer, mirror and flip it. Adjust the placement if needed.
Activate your bottom layer, it should be blank, floodfill with your inverted gradient, leave all other settings the same.
Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance more. Duplicate this layer and to the dupe apply LnK Trouble. Change the blend mode, soft light worked for my colours.
Merge down.
I had to move that bottom layer up a little so my heart brush wasn't right on a line.
Now add dropshadows to the brushes, 0,0,59,7 is what I used. Now hide the bottom layer and crop merged opaque, you want to crop around all the bits you made and
don't want a huge canvas behind it. Unhide the bottom layer and apply the mask to it. Merge group. Resize now if you wish to.
Add all credits and your name, save as png.
My second example features the awesome artwork of Melissa Dawn, who is also licensed through CDO. The brushes are odds and sods found in my folder.
The font I used for this tag is Jellyka Western Princess.
