Supplies:
Paintshop Pro (I use V9)
Tube of choice, mine is by Gennadiy Koufay and used with a CDO license
Font(s) of choice, mine is VTKS alpes
Filters VM Distortion/Radial Pox, LnK's Pia

Open a new canvas, 500x550 and paste your tube onto it, resize so you have some space around it. Duplicate the tube and hide the top layer. On the bottom layer apply Blur/Gaussian Blur 11. Then apply VM Distortion/Radial Pox. Unhide the tube.

Now choose a big bold font, I used only caps with mine. Create on vector, change direction to vertical and right (3rd one on mine). Only use stroke, set to 2, you may have to adjust the kerning to bring the letters closer together.
Now use your magic wand, click into all the inners of the letters, add a new raster layer underneath and floodfill with a colour of choice, I used white. Leave selected.

Now activate your clone brush, set to size 55. Have the tube layer active and right click onto your tube in a place you wish to clone over to your first letter.
Change layer to the one you just floodfilled. Left click and swipe over the letter, you will see your tube appear. If this is not the bit you want, undo and get a bit of practice.
Always right click to copy from the tube and left to clone it onto your name, remembering to swap layers. I chose different body parts for each letter.

Deselect when you're done. Duplicate and change the blendmode on the top layer to screen. Hide the background layer and the tube layer and merge all the font layers visible, dropshadow. I now mirrored my tube and gave it a dropshadow.
Create a gradient from two colours from your your tube, I set the angle to 36, repeats to 3 and linear. Floodfill a new rasterlayer, send this to the bottom.
I then used the selection tool set to rounded rectangle to create the shape of the tag, invert selection and press delete. Crop merged visible.

Apply texture effects Weave, set to 1, 4, 1, fill gaps checked and colours of choice. Then apply LnK's Pia at default. Add all credits legibly. Save as png.

My second example features some tubes I got while Gennadiy was with CILM, the one on the trike you can buy (pack 33), the other was a gift from CILM, and it is a gift from CDO, if you spend $10 after discount on Gennadiys tubes until Dec 31st 2011.
On this I used a mask and the fonts are Impact and MrKeningbeck. You may snag this tag if you wish.
