Wordart, mine is by ElegantWordart by Bethany and google for the lyrics of the song, I used the chorus
Font(s) of choice, mine are Especial Kay for the lyrics and Miss Packgope for the name

Mask MC_Mask1, MC_Mask13 and MC_Mask14 by MelissazCreationz
You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.

Open a new canvas, 600x500 and paste one of the papers from the kit into it, apply MC_Mask13 and merge group. Take your text tool and put the lyrics on so they cover the mask layer. Set the blend mode of the lyrics to overlay. Merge visible and apply MC_Mask1, because the other mask has a bit of a straight edge on one side, merge group, resize the layer 85%, move up and to the left a bit. Paste your tube with a dropshadow, place it to the right so it won't hide the lyrics.

Now we work on the wordart. First Resize all layers, set to 72.000pixels per inch (not centimetres) and the percentage to 50. Resize again 75%. Cut out the credits to the singer with your selection tool. We add these to the other credits. Select all/Float/defloat. Take your change to target brush (it's in your tool palette where the lighten/darken one is). Set your foreground to a colour from your tube or kit. Holding the left mousebutton down move it over the word NEVER, till it's all the same hue. Duplicate and merge visible. Apply an Inner Bevel.

Now apply Birgits Chaos/Tapestry with settings 9,0 twice. Effects/Artistic Effects/Halftone at Round, size2, Screenangles set to 108, 162 and 90. Deselect. Add a dropshadow, copy/paste onto your tag, resize to fit and place where you like it. Make two duplicates of this layer and apply Eyecandy 4000/HSB Noise to each. I chose Smooth Fractal, don't forget to hit the random seed for the next layers.

Paste another paper onto the tag, send to the bottom and apply MC_Mask14, merge group. add a new layer, send that to the bottom and floodfill white. Now add a cluster of elements on the left side of your tag, do not forget the dropshadows. If you want to resize, do that now, then add all credits legibly, also for the lyrics!

Hide the NEVER layers and all the ones underneath, which should be 6 in all. Merge visible, now unhide the bottom 3 layers, and hide the layer you just merged. 4 should be hidden now. Merge visible. You should be left with 5 layers. Make the toplayer active and add your name with a dropshadow.

Open Animation shop. In psp make the name layer, and both the merged layers visible, and the bottom one of the NEVER layers. Click and copy merged, in AS paste as a new animation. Back in psp, hide the bottom NEVER layer and unhide the middle one. Copy merged again and paste after current frame in AS. Back in psp, hide the middle NEVER layer and unhide the top one. Copy merged again and paste after current frame in AS. You now have 3 frames. Go to edit/select all and then animation/frame properties and set the value to 17. Play the animation, save as a gif.
