A Scrap Kit, mine is by Pimp'd Designz 4 Taggers and it's a freebie called Ms.Bunny. Thanx Cora
Font of choice, mine is Mrs Saint-Delafield
Filters Xero Radiance
Masks zuzzanna_mask42 by Zuzzanna and 483InsatiableDreams in zip Masks12
Animation, optional, I got mine from Peachies Collection
You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.
Open your tube and the scrapkit.
Also open a new canvas, 550x550 and paste frame 2 from the kit onto it, resize by 85%. Take your magic wand and
click into the center of the frame, selections/ modify/expand by 4 and invert this selection. Paste a paper as a new layer, drag it under the frame
and hit delete on your keyboard. Paste your tube, move til you have a portion in the frame you like and hit delete once again. Deselect. I mirrored the tube.
Apply Xero radiance at default. Add a dropshadow to the tube and to the frame.
Paste swirl 2, resize 80%, dropshadow. Paste the grass and a flower, resize and add a dropshadow.
Now paste the ribbon, resize and add a dropshadow. When happy, merge visible and resize 75%, move to one side.
Paste your full tube next to the frame, resize by about 80% and add a dropshadow.
Crop merged opaque. Paste a paper, send to the bottom, apply the mask by zuzzanna. Merge group, resize the mask 90%.
I got off the bottom of the heart that peeked out under the frame with the selection tool.
Add a dropshadow and move slightly so it's more in line with the frame.
Paste a second paper, send to the bottom and apply the mask by Cat, merge group.
Add all credits legibly, also add your name, I gave mine an Inner Bevel and save as a png.
If you want to have the little butterflies on your tag, add a new raster layer, floodfill white, send to the bottom.
Copy merged, open AS and paste as a new animation. Save an animation from the linked site and open that in AS also.
Check how many frames the ani has. Duplicate your tag until you have the same number of frames. Edit/Select all. Edit/ Select all on the animation and copy.
Right click on one of the frames of your tag, and paste into selected frame. Move your cursor until you have the place you want the animation and left click.
If you want another, repeat this. Save as a gif.
Here is another - non animated example featuring the art of Keith Garvey, who is also licensed through PTE.
