Animaton, mine is from Peachies Collection, page 8.

Open your image, shift+D to duplicate and close the original. I cropped my image, move the nodes on all four sides until you're happy and click on the check mark to crop.

I then resized by 85%. Go to Image/Add Borders. 1 pixel with a light colour from your image. Add Borders, 4 pixels with a dark colour. Add Borders, 1 pixel, again with the light colour, right click on the swatch box to find it again.
Promote background to layer. Go to Image/Canvas size and make your canvas bigger, I used 600x400, centered.

Duplicate your image, on the bottom one apply Mura's Meister Copies Star Cluster, I set the number to 37, make sure it fills out the entire canvas.
One the top layer apply Mura's Meister Copies Afterimage (rotate random) twice. Resize 95% and add a dropshadow.
Go back to the bottom layer and apply the mask. Merge group, duplicate and merge down. Also add a white background layer if you want to animate. Add the credits legibly and merge visible. Add your name. Right click the tag, copy merged.

Open AS and paste your tag as a new animation. Open the animation and check to see how many frames it has. Mine has 8. Duplicate your tag until it has the same amount of frames.
Edit/Select all. Go to the animation Edit/Select all, right click and copy. On the tag right click and paste into selected frame. Place the cursor where you would like the animation to be. Left click.
Repeat that if you want the animation twice. I felt the animation was too fast at 10 or even 12 (like the original. Go to Animation/Frame Properties and change to 16. Save as a gif.
