Open a new canvas, 500x500 and paste your tube onto it, I resized mine by 80% and moved it to the right a little. Open the kit in windows and drag the word 'LOVE' into psp, copy and paste onto your canvas. Move underneath the tube, resize and adjust until your person sits on it. Duplicate the word and set the blend mode on the upper layer to Multiply, now it stands out a bit more. Give both the tube and the duplicate 'LOVE' a dropshadow, I always do my dropshadows up and to the right, when you do it down, the people appear to float, especially the ones that stand.

Now make layer1 active, paste a paper from the kit as a new layer and apply the mask, merge group. Now paste all elements that you like onto your tag, make it your own, Remember to resize in small steps and don't forget the dropshadows. Crop the tag merged opaque. If you wish to animate floodfill layer1 with white. Add all credits legibly and maybe give them a gradient glow.

Copy merge the tag and paste as a new animation into AS. Go back to PSP.
Now add text to your tag, I set one of the papers as a texture for my fill, choose a stroke colour to match. Find a font that's not too skinny, so you can see the pattern. Add a dropshadow and copy just the name layer, paste into AS as a new animation.

Go to Effects/Insert Image Effect. And set it similar to mine, to add more waves, just drag them from the center, if you have too many, click on the end of one and drag it off the little window, it will snap.

OK it all. Open it out so you see all 5 frames, delete frame 1, it is not animated. Edit/Select all/Copy. Go to your tag, duplicate to a total of four frames and go to Edit/select all. Paste into selected frame. Adjust the speed, go to Animation/Frame Properties, I chose 25. Save as gif.

My second example is not animated, it uses art by Jasmine Becket-Griffith, who is also licensed through CDO. The Scrapkit is called Down The Rabbit Hole and it's a freebie by PolkaDotScraps. The Mask is MC_Mask13, the font is A&S Graceland.

My third example has art by PinUpToons, who is licensed through CDO. The kit a freebie sample called Whatever by Designs By Stina. The masks were MC_Mask12 and 16. The font is EpoXY histoRy.
