You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.
Okie pokie, open your tube and open the template, make a copy and close the original. Delete the top layer. Hide all the layers apart from layer 5. Highlight that one. Recolour this stripe by going to Adjust/ColorBalance/ManualColorCorrection. Click into the source box and click on the green, click on the target box and choose a colour from your tube. OK. You need to mirror the next layer, and move it back over. Carry on recolouring the other 3 strips like the first. And dropshadows on all of them. Now the big orange rectangle, select all/float/defloat/invert. I pasted the paper with the big skeleton bench as a new layer, resized and moved it, so it would fit. Hit delete on your keyboard, deselect and give it a dropshadow. Delete the layer with the orange box.
Unhide the next layer. And also the next, I left the frame black. Unhide the black circle. Select all/float/defloat/invert. Paste your tube as a new layer. Press delete on your keyboard. Paste the sparkles from the Pack as a new layer, press delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Change the blend mode of the black circle to Overlay. Now for the frame, it won't recolour like the stripes because it has noise, so it has many shades of one colour. So before you can recolour like you did the stripes you need to go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and change it to the colour you're wanting. But it's really pale :o(. So do the manual colour correction now and it will work. Dropshadow.
Okay, for the little framed pics I selected all on the white diamond, floated, defloated, inverted. Pasted one of the papers as a new layer. Pressed delete on my keyboard. Then I pasted one of the elements in the pack as a new layer, resized til it fitted and delete on my keyboard. Deselected and deleted the white diamond, changed the colour of the frame the same as I did the circular one. Merge down, merge down. Dropshadow. I moved mine up and to the right.
Do the other frame the same, only with a different element. ;o) Dropshadow. I chose the glass as my final element. Unhide the wordart layers, give the orange one a differnt colour and an inner bevel if you like. I moved mine to the left. Paste a paper as your bottom layer. Apply the mask and merge group. Resize now. Add all credits legibly and also add your name. Save as a png.
