Filters Xero and Alien Skin Xenofex 2
Mask is gabeemask12 by Gabee

Open a new canvas, 550x550. Paste paper1 and resize by 80%. Apply the mask, transparency inverted, merge group and resize 98%. Dropshadow. Apply Xenofex2 Crumple, Preset Large Creases. Paste your tube, if it has a straight edge at the bottom like mine, place it low on the canvas and apply the same mask. Move it so it matches up with the layer below.

Next apply Xero Nostalgia to your tube. I used the settings Sat 48, Bal -26, Fluo -21, Grain 7, Mono 18, colour 39.
You probably need to change it to match your artwork. Give it a large blurry dropshadow.

Next add Journaling2, place it beneath the tube layer, resize 50% and 75%. Add more embellishments, make a cluster of flowers. ;o) With the freehand selection tool select the paper on the jounaling piece. Invert this and paste the tube as a new layer, move it so the face is on the paper. Hit delete on your keyboard. Set the blend mode to Hard Light and lower the opacity to 56. Now add a quote. I used one by Carrie Fisher.
Everything grows rounder and wider and weirder, and I sit here in the middle of it all and wonder who in the world you will turn out to be.
Crop your tag merge opaque.

Now add your credits legibly and also add a name. I did the name twice, with different width strokes. Place the two names on top of each other and move one slightly to one side. It'll look sort of 3D. Merge down. I then applied Xenofex2 Constellation with these settings.
Star Size, 2.21, Size Variation 50, Edge Star Density 64, Overall star density 0, Overdrive 100, Twinkle Amount 39, 45 degrees, Keep Original image.
Save as a png.
