You should have some knowledge of working with layers for this.

Open the template in psp, shift+D and close the original. Layers/View/None. Open the Kit in windows. Open your images in psp. Crop the portion out of copies of the photos that you would like to use.
Unhide the layers dots, make it active, change the colour of it by going to Adjust/Color Balance/Manual Color Correction, set the source to white and the target to a colour that goes with your images/kit. OK. Dropshadow, I used -3,3,57,7.

Unhide and activate layer rectangle yellow. Use the script TempLayerSelect, if you haven't recorded it yet, look in this tut. Now the rectangle should be selected. Paste a paper from the kit as a new layer, press delete on your keyboard, deselect and also delete the yellow rectangle layer. Work the next layers the same way, to use the script you just press the play button, using different papers on them. Should be Circles Yellow, Purple, White.

Select Blue Square the same and use one of the photos in it. Delete Square Blue, on the photo layer apply Muras Meister Copies with the setting Afterimage linear. Rectangle Blue gets a paper again. For Square grey you use the other photo. Unhide Frame White, duplicate that layer and move down and to the side a little. Circle Orange gets a paper again. Delete the credit layer.

Activate the Background layer and paste a paper above it. Crop your tag and give all layers but the dots one a dropshadow. Apply the mask to the paper you pasted last, merge group, you can delete the original background layer. You probably need to move your bits a bout a bit, so the first photo does not get obscured.

Now add some elements of the kit to your taste, not forgetting dropshadows. Resize if you wish, add credits legibly and also add your name. Save as png.

My second example uses my own photos, which are licensed through MyTubedArt, but they are free, these are from pack 2. ;o) The kit is Fall Delight by ScrapityScrapAndMore. The font is Amethyst Script.
