Supplies:
Paintshop Pro (I use V9)
Tube of choice, mine is by Joe Peck and used with a CDO license
Photograph of choice, mine is by HawaiianCowgirl and used with a CDO license
Font(s) of choice, mine is Baby Universe
Filters penta.com/Jeans, EyeCandy 5 Impact:Motion Trail,
Masks BabesDesignz masks 11 and 12, sadly BabesDesignz blog is closed, so I included the masks for now.
Stuffies Starcluster by Creations by Ivy, in the zip along with the masks here and the Starfish PictureTube, you can find one in downloads at corel, under beach.
Open the photograph, make a copy of it and close the original. Duplicate that layer, on the copy apply BabesDesignz_Mask11, merge group and resize 95%, apply a dropshadow, you may have to repeat it.
On the original photolayer apply BabesDesignz_Mask12, merge group. Paste your tube and resize if necessary, make a duplicate of this layer, give the duplicate a dropshadow. On the original
apply Eyecandy 5 Impact/Motion Trail with these settings. You may have to change the direction of the trail, you want it behind the persons back.
Take one of the star clusters and paste it on the top photolayer, resize and change the blendmode, I chose overlay.
In your zip is a file called Starfish, move this to your MyPSPFiles/PictureTubes folder. In your tool palette find the picture tube tool. Load it.
Add a new raster layer. Set the size to about 60 or 70, step 300, both other to random. Left Click on your canvas, whoosh a starfish appears.
There is a few different ones, 8 I think. Each time you click another one appears. Sometimes the same appears 5 times...
Make a new layer for each one you stamp on, so you can move and resize as you want.
Resize your entire tag to 80%. Arrange items as you prefer. Add a word if you want, I chose BeachBum in white, created on vector.
Iamge/Rotate/free rotate, 90° to the left. I changed the blend mode to overlay. Add all credits legibly.
Add the name, in a colour that goes with your tag, as she is wearing denims, I applied penta.com/Jeans set to 29 and 6 to the name.
Add a dropshadow. Save as png.
My second example has photography by Dan Richards, who is also licensed through CDO. The picture tube had ickle beetles,
the font for the wordart is Broken Ghost and for the name it's Brush455BT, this just has an inner bevel and a dropshadow.
