An animated gif. I used this one, just right click and save as...

Open Frame1, shift+d to duplicate. Resize all layers, set the resolution to 72.000 px/in and then the percentage to 100%, smart size or bicubic. And resize again, all layers 85%. Click inside the frames with your magic wand, selections/modify, expand by 3 and invert. Copy and paste your image as a new layer, drag it below the frame, resize and move about until you like it. Hit delete on your keybord and select none. Crop merged opaque. Image/canvas Size, expand to 550x550, centered. Give the frame a dropshadow and merge down on the image. Resize 85%, all layers unchecked.
Take a light paper from your kit and paste it below the frame. And another darker one on top of that paper. On the top paper layer apply your mask. Merge group. The make the toplayer active and add all the embellishments you fancy, adding dropshadows as you go. Once happy, resize all layers to the desired final size. I resized 85%. Sharpen the layer with the framed image with Unsharp Mask set to 0,68, 55, 2.
If you used a journaling piece you can add some text to it now. If you're happy that eveything is in it's right place you can merge visible now. Apply the Texture Frame with a width of 10, stroke 1, Brightness 36, Soften 3 and Opacity 80.
Add all credits legibly and also add your name.
Now copy merged the tag and paste into AS as a new image. If you're using the same gif as me duplicate until you have 10 frames, edit/select all. Open the gif in AS. Edit/Select all, copy. On your tag, right click and paste into selected frame. I placed the leaves over the journaling paper. Go to Animation/Frame Properties and change to 15, or whatever speed your original gif was saved with.
Save as a gif. My settings are slider for Better Image Quality is all the way up. Click on customize. 255 colors, Optimize Octree, Error Diffusion all selected. In the Optimizations Tab check the 3 in the middle. That's it, click on ok, next, next, next and Ok.
In my second example I used a freebie kit called SnowPrincess by Cinnamon Scraps. Font is Dr Sugiyama.

My third example I chose a picture by John Bindon, whose permission I have and a kit from 2007 which was made by SweetMade. And you can snag it, if you like.
